ELIGIBILITY FOR DOMINICA CITIZENSHIP
To be eligible for citizenship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years;

- Absence of a criminal record;

FAMILY MEMBERS WHO CAN BE INCLUDED:
- Spouse of the main applicant;

- Children between 18 and 30 years of age, attending a recognized institution of higher learning, and financially supported by the main applicant or the main applicant's spouse
- Unmarried daughter under 25 years of age, living with and fully supported by the main applicant or the main applicant's spouse;
- Physically or mentally challenged children, aged 18 or older, substantially supported by the main applicant or the main applicant's spouse;

INVESTMENT OPTIONS
Economic Diversification Fund (EDF)
Applicants can make a significant contribution to the government's Economic Diversification Fund, which aids socio-economic initiatives in Dominica.
- Main applicant: US$100,000
- Main applicant and spouse: US$150,000
- Main applicant and up to three dependants: US$175,000
- Each additional dependant under 18: US$25,000
- Each additional dependant aged 18 or over: US$50,000
Real Estate Investment Option
Through this option, applicants must invest in an Approved Project within the real estate sector. The property must be held for a minimum of three years.
Minimum investment: US$200,000
The following Government Fees apply:
- Main applicant: US$25,000
- Main applicant and up to three dependants: US$35,000
- Main applicant and up to five dependants: US$50,000
- Each additional dependant: US$25,000

PROCESS & TIMELINE
The DominicaCitizenship by Investment application process for successful candidates involves seven primary stages, which are as follows:
- Initial review and application preparation;
- Submission of the citizenship application;
- Processing of the application, including internal and external due diligence checks;
- Provisional approval;
- Fulfillment of requirements, which may include making a contribution to the Economic Diversification Fund, or real estate investment in an Approved Project;
- Receipt of the Certificate of Registration;
- Application for a passport.
