Founded in 2017 by Teuta Narazan and V. Armağan Akyüz, Vesta Global provides consultancy services on real estate investment and residence permits in approximately 10 countries, including the USA, the UK, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Malta, and the Caribbean Islands, supported by its corporate infrastructure.

While offering apartments and villas within the L’and Vineyard project -located in Portugal and awarded “World’s Best Wine Region Hotel” by the World Travel Awards 2020- to Turkish citizens, Vesta Global also provides residence permits.
 

L’and Vineyards, which is a combination of an extraordinary natural resort and modern architecture, is located in Portugal - one of the countries receiving great interest from Türkiye. The project emerged by adding residential units, designed to function as both homes and hotels, into a stunning natural setting with architectural finesse and harmony with nature. It is situated in Alentejo, one of the best-preserved natural areas in Europe, with a historic center and city walls listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition to many other accolades, L’and Vineyards was awarded “World’s Best Wine Region Hotel” by the World Travel Awards 2020.
