Greece, which offers great opportunities in real estate, has recently come under the close watch of Turkish citizens. Many Turks who wish to benefit from the citizenship program with their families are showing intense interest in neighboring Greece. Although negotiations to solve the visa issue with EU countries have accelerated, Turkish citizens and investors who want to avoid visa problems are applying for the “Golden Visa” program.

Greece, which has seen increased demand from Turks, recently announced year-end figures for its Golden Visa program, which grants residency through property investments starting from €250,000 in areas such as Piraeus and some other regions and €500,000 in prominent cities like Athens. Turkish citizens ranked second after China among applicants to this program. In 2023 alone, 7,752 Golden Visa applications were submitted in Greece, with the total investment amount exceeding €2.3 billion. Granting residence permits to foreign nationals and investors who purchase real estate, Greece continues to attract investors with its advantages. Investors benefiting from the program are able to earn Euro-based rental income from their properties and even gain the right to trade and work within EU countries.

Vesta Global, one of Türkiye’s leading consultancy firms in overseas investments and residence permits, is opening the doors of Greece to Turkish citizens through the Golden Visa program. The company, which offers demand-driven solutions to its clients, manages the entire process turnkey for Turkish citizens, enabling them to reach quick and permanent results.
