Diversity in leadership, corporate sustainability, and the reintegration of women who have taken career breaks into the workforce have become some of the most prominent topics on Turkey’s business agenda in recent years. Taking a concrete step in this area, Vesta Global has joined the corporate membership network of the YenidenBiz Association and has undertaken venue sponsorship for the association’s 2026 CEO Meetings. Through these events, the aim is to engage with nearly 500 women, highlighting the role of experienced female talent in the business world and its contribution to corporate growth.
At the meeting held in Istanbul on April 8, Vesta Global’s international experience—guiding investors in more than 15 countries since 2017—came together with the expertise of YenidenBiz, which stands out with its decade-long experience and strong corporate ecosystem.
The event, which brought together senior executives from some of Turkey’s leading companies, addressed the contribution of experienced female talent to corporate performance and explored how companies can integrate this talent pool into their growth strategies. Through this collaboration, Vesta Global and the YenidenBiz Association created a platform to turn the agenda of women’s employment into concrete action within the business world.
Commenting on the initiative, Vesta Global Co-Founder Teuta Narazan stated:
“Reintegrating educated and experienced women who have taken a break from their careers is more than an employment issue; it is an investment in the future of families, children, and society. At the core of what we do lies exactly this: investing in the future of people, families, and children. Through this collaboration, we aim to bring together YenidenBiz’s expertise and Vesta Global’s international perspective, supporting the inclusion of the women’s workforce agenda into CEOs’ strategic priorities.”
